Here you can get Electronic Ignition System Working. Here we Provide to Electronic Ignition System Main Components, Advantages and Disadvantages ect.
The electronic ignition system is the type of ignition system that uses electronic circuits, usually by transistors controlled by sensors to generate electric pulses which in turn generate the better spark that can even burn the lean mixture and provide better economy and lower emission.
As the name indicates “Electronic ” the system is fully controlled electronically and that is why we called it an Electronic ignition system.
The electronic ignition system is the type of ignition system that uses electronic circuits, usually by transistors controlled by sensors to generate electric pulses which in turn generate the better spark that can even burn the lean mixture and provide better economy and lower emission.
It is the powerhouse of the ignition system as it supplies the important power to the ignition system.equal as battery coil ignition system.
it’s miles the transfer utilized in ignition system which governs the ON and OFF of the system ,same as the battery coil ignition system.
It is the brain or programmed instruction given to the ignition system which monitors and manage the timing and depth of the spark automatically. It is the device that receives voltage signals from the armature and set the number one coil to ON and OFF ,it could be placed one by one outdoor the distributor or may be region in electronic control unit container of the vehicle.
Contact breaker points of battery ignition system is replaced via way of means of an armature which consists of a reluctor with teeth (the rotating part), vacuum advance and a pickup coil(to catch the voltage signals),Electronic module receives the voltage signals from the armature so that you can make and break the circuit, which in flip units the timing of the distributor to as it should be distribute current to the spark plugs.
Same as the battery ignition coil system ignition coil is used in electronic ignition system to produce high voltage to the spark plug.
As the name indicates it is the device use to distribute the current to the spark plugs of the multi cylinder engine.
It is used in the cylinder to provide spark.
A battery performs an critical function in providing energy. The negative terminal is grounded and a positive terminal is attached to the
ignition transfer. Now when we turn on the ignition switch the energy deliver receives ON and further, the wire is connected to the electronic ignition module.
Here all the work will be controlled electronically.
From here it sends to the ignition coil. In Ignition coil there is two winding:
Both winding are insulated and Primary are thicker than secondary winding. Now, there is one iron rod in between them that generates a magnetic field. An armature is connected to the electronic module, the power comes and armature rotates.
Here you can see magnetic pick-up. When the magnetic pick-up and armature touches, the voltage signal generates. and it generates further until a strong voltage signal comes.
Here ON and OF process continues. This voltage comes to the distributor section and here a rotor is connected. When the rotor rotates and touches the spark plug line it supplies the voltage and sparks plug ionized or we can say the distributor distributes the voltages.
Also, there are some disadvantages Electronic Ignition System and those are:
What are the different types of Ignition system?
There are three types:
Battery, Magneto, and Electronic Ignition system.
